For investors such as property dealers, developers and others, it is necessary to present us your project in order to get a quote.
Advisory package, choice of legal structure and business plan for your rental investment projects: from €900 excluding tax. One off fee for a call regarding your furnished lease “LMNP” status at 150€.
For furnished leases: we work with an Approved Management Organization that enable you to benefit from a 2/3 tax credit of the accounting costs up to 915€ per year.

(1) Company incorporation excluded – SCI/SARL/SAS creation pack: from €800 excluding tax. LMP/LMNP: €350 excluding tax start up fees only the 1st year.
