• Bookkeeping and financial statements: we are in charge of the accounting of your entity throughout the year and we prepare the annual accounts at the end of the fiscal year. The financial statements are made up of 3 elements 1) The Balance Sheet, which represents the assets of your entity, 2) the Income Statement which presents the performance of the financial year and 3) the notes which provide details on the accounting methods and details of balance sheet and income statement items.
• Quarterly or  Half-year situation: Your business deserves to be carefully scrutinized throughout the year. We will prepare one or more situations for you, i.e. an interim accounting statement to analyze your activity and make appropriate decisions as soon as possible.
• Tax compliance: We prepare your company’s tax obligations on your behalf: VAT declaration, Corporate Income Tax, Value added contribution. We anticipate with you the consequences in terms of cash flow.
